Quiche Chorizo
Quiche Chorizo. Roll out pie crust on pie plate. Add onion and cook until onion is soft and chorizo is cooked all the way through.
Mist a pie pan with olive oil cooking spray and set aside. The more air incorporated in the eggs the fluffier the quiche! In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Dérouler votre pâte , la mettre dans un moule a manqué, déposer sur le fond votre "hachis" de chorizo & emmental.
Add half the chorizo, potatoes, and cheese to the cooled pie shell then pour over half the egg mixture.
Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated. Precook chorizo, then drain the grease. When the quiche base is cooked, spread the red onion chutney on the base.
