Quiche Ratatouille
Quiche Ratatouille. Whisk eggs, cream, oregano, basil and salt in a large bowl. Remove from oven and allow to come to room temperature.

This is the summertime version of our very popular quinoa-crust quiche.
Pommes de terre aux petits lardons à ma façon.
For the sauce combine cheese, cream and eggs and pour over veggies. While oven preheats, combine water, quinoa and a generous pinch of salt and pepper in a small saucepan. Put filling on top of dough and make sure to fill out the whole dish with it.
