Paella Poulet. Fry hot and mild Italian sausage pieces in the wok until brown on all sides. Press chicken pieces down into the liquid.
Mettre l'huile dans le plat et faire dorer les morceaux de poulet. Then add the fresh peas, the prawns, and the parsley, (previously chopped). Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
Check the salt and pepper and add more if necessary, but be careful because seafood is already salty.
Add in tomatoes, chicken broth, capers and the cayenne pepper.
